Tom Sieber, Deputy Editor - SHARES
Tom Sieber is deputy editor at Shares and has a decade of experience working in journalism. He currently covers the media and oil and gas sectors having previously covered other industries such as banking, insurance and industrials during his eight-year stint at the magazine.
He started his career at the award-winning regional newspaper, The Chester Chronicle. Tom will be at this year’s Stock Market Show. He will be appearing on the Selftrade ETF Centre stage giving a Global perspective on why ETFs are becoming an increasingly important part of any investor portfolio.
Mark Taylor, CEO - Equiniti Financial Services
Mark is responsible for Equiniti’s share trading and outsourced financial administration services.
Mark has over 25 years' experience in the financial services industry, in particular product development in the “Direct” market place. He was previously a Director at Virgin Money and Egg and was a founding partner of Clearwell Ltd.
Mark has also held a number of senior roles in other leading companies such as Fidelity and Charles Schwab and worked both in the USA and mainland Europe.
Michael Stanley, Listed Products Associate - London Stock Exchange
Michael is responsible for supporting growth and development of the ETF, ETC and Structured Product markets at London Stock Exchange, covering both primary and secondary markets. Prior to joining the Listed Products team in 2013, he worked in London Stock Exchange’s Equities & Derivatives Capital Markets Team and Client Technology Team.
Nizam Hamid, Head of Sales - WisdomTree Europe
Nizam has a vast ETF industry experience, from roles such as Managing Director, in Portfolio and Index Strategy at Deutsche Bank, spending 10 years building their global ETF research strategy, following on to Managing Director, as Head of Sales Strategy for EMEA at Blackrock, being instrumental in a number of new product development initiatives. He then went on to be Managing Director, as Head of ETF Strategy and Deputy Head of ETFs for Lyxor Asset Management, and worked closely with external Delta One trading and sales desks across Europe.
James Kingston, Vice President, iShares Investment Strategy & Insights - BlackRock
James Kingston is a member of the iShares EMEA Investment Strategy and Insights team, where he is responsible for iShares EMEA Portfolio Analysis & Solutions.
Prior to joining BlackRock, James was at Credit Suisse where he was responsible for CS ETF Sales Strategy. He has held positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland and ABN AMRO where he focussed on ETF product development and strategy, and previously on Fund Derivative Structuring.
James holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Mathematics and Physics with Astrophysics from King's College London and a M.Sc. in Astrophysics from University College London where he specialised in Theoretical Cosmology and Quantum Mechanics.
Dominique Riedl, Founder and CEO - justETF
Dominique Riedl is the CEO and Founder of justETF.co.uk, the independent information portal for ETF investing. His background is in wealth management, having worked for over 5 years as an advisor for High Net Worth individuals for one of the largest independent multi family offices in Germany before founding justETF. He holds a MSc in International Business Administration with honours from RSM Erasmus University in Rotterdam.
Simon Glover, CEO - InTune Investor
Simon has worked in the commodity and financial markets for over 35 years. In 1992 he formed the first physical commodity hedge fund to exceed $1 billion of assets under management. Since 2010 he has been committed to a project to transform the provision of financial services and to improve the outcome for retail investors. He remains committed to financial education and is a member of the London School of Economics North America Advisory Board.
