Tracey Paul-Clark, Training Consultant - London Stock Exchange
Tracey Paul-Clark is a member of the Academy’s training faculty and began her career in retail banking. She joined the London Stock Exchange in 1994. Her career there has included relationship management for member firms, listed companies and professional advisers, as well as corporate marketing.
Tracey first began training in 2004 and has since developed and delivered training programmes around the financial markets including the ‘Trading on the London Stock Exchange’ programme.
Tracey has an MBA from Bradford University Management Centre and the Chartered Institute of Marketing Postgraduate Diploma.
Lillian Georgopoulou, ORB Product Specialist, Fixed Income - London Stock Exchange
Lillian joined the LSE in 2013 from the boutique advisory and trading company IlliquidX where she specialised in illiquid/distressed fixed income sales and trading in Central Europe, Middle East & Africa. Prior to that, she worked in Deutsche Bank, London where she focused on Institutional Fixed Income Sales for Greece & Cyprus. Lillian has an economics & finance background and holds an MPhil in Finance degree from Judge Business School, University of Cambridge and a BSc(Hons) in Economics from University College London.
Shrey Kohli, Product Manager, Derivatives Market - London Stock Exchange
Shrey Kohli is the Product Manager for London Stock Exchange Derivatives Market, the derivatives segment of London Stock Exchange. He is responsible for the management of the market, design of the market structure and the development of new products. At LSEG, Shrey has also worked in positions covering technology, public policy, regulatory strategy and has represented the Exchange on industry bodies in the UK and EU. Prior to joining in November 2010, he worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey and Company. He holds an MSc in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics & Political Sciences and a BSc Honours in Physics from St. Stephen’s College at the University of Delhi.
Marcus Stuttard, Head of AIM - London Stock Exchange
Marcus Stuttard is Head of AIM and has responsibility for Primary Markets in the UK across both AIM and the Main Market. He is responsible for the management and development of AIM, London Stock Exchange’s international growth market for small and medium sized enterprises.
Marcus has a particular focus on boosting access to finance for ambitious growth companies through initiatives such as ELITE and the development of the High Growth Segment on the Main Market.
He is a regular speaker on growth and business funding issues and sits on a number of industry and policy advisory bodies and has played a leading role in key policy changes such as the recent change to make AIM shares eligible for inclusion in ISAs and the abolition of stamp duty on the trading of shares admitted to Recognised Growth Markets such as AIM.
Brian Schwieger, Head of Equities - London Stock Exchange
Brian Schwieger joined the London Stock Exchange Group in August 2013 as the Head of Equity markets for the London Stock Exchange. Reporting into the Capital Markets group, he is responsible for all aspects of the secondary markets business for equities, including Business and Product development and Marketing. As a member of the Equities and Derivatives Management Committee, Brian is also involved with the Exchange's strategy across Turquoise and Derivatives markets.
Brian joined the LSE from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he was a Managing Director and Head of European Electronic Sales and Consulting at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
He has a BSc (Econ) from London School of Economics and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.
Lida Eslami, Manager, Listed Products - London Stock Exchange
Lida Eslami is responsible for developing and growing ETFs, ETCs and Structured Products markets at London Stock Exchange, covering both primary and secondary market. Prior to joining the Exchange in 2011, Lida worked at Deutsche Bank's ETF structuring and sales team and Fixed Income portfolio management team at Alliance Bernstein.
She holds MSc in Finance from London School of Economics & Political Science and BSc in Banking and International Finance from Cass Business School, London.
Robert Barnes, CEO - Turquoise
Robert Barnes is Chief Executive of Turquoise, the pan European multilateral trading facility majority owned by London Stock Exchange Group in partnership with the user community. Prior to his joining in August 2013, he worked at UBS from February 1994, gaining experience as a yellow jacket on the LIFFE derivatives trading floor and most recently as CEO of UBS MTF and Managing Director, Equities. His industry roles include serving as Chairman, 2004-2009, of the Securities Trading Committee of the London Investment Banking Association and participating on key advisory and policy groups within the financial services sector. Robert holds a BA from Harvard, a PhD from Cambridge, and is a Chartered Fellow and Board Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.
